The Masters Swim Punch Pass program at the St. James offers a flexible, group-based swim experience for athletes over 18 of all backgrounds and skill levels. Whether you're returning to swimming or diving in for the first time, this program provides a structured workout led by a dedicated STJ coach, who personalizes sessions to help you achieve your fitness or competitive goals and provides technical instruction along the way. It's an excellent way to stay active, improve technique, and connect with the swim community in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The St. James is also able to regularly offer long course options each week for those endurance minded athletes.

Designed with your busy schedule in mind, the punch pass system allows you to attend practices on your own terms. Passes are redeemable whenever you can make it and remain valid for up to a year from the purchase date, giving you the flexibility to fit swimming into your life. Whether you're looking to stay in shape, build endurance, or simply make new friends, the Masters Swim Punch Pass program is a great way to enjoy the many benefits of swimming at your own pace.

    Masters group meets four times a week multiple times each day:

    • Tuesday 6-8am and 12-1pm
    • Wednesday 12-1pm,
    • Thursday 6-8am and 12-1pm
    • Sunday 7-8:30am in Long Course
